This is a unionized position.
Primary Location: Ottawa, Ontario.
NACCA operates on a hybrid work model.
Remote work arrangements may be considered based on organizational needs and role responsibilities.
Preference will be given to qualified individuals of Indigenous ancestry, in accordance with Section 24.1 of the Ontario Human Rights Code and other applicable human rights legislation.
This position involves sustained mental effort including strategic planning, problem-solving, and analysis under pressure.
This position will include prolonged sitting, computer use, and frequent meetings.
This position is based in a typical office environment, with occasional travel required to attend meetings, conferences, and other engagement.
Some overnight travel; evenings and/or weekend work may be required.
