Program Manager, Workplace Experience Development

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large, cross-functional programs (culture, engagement, change, enablement, and/or learning initiatives) end-to-end using a structured project/program management approach.

Highly practiced facilitator with the ability to lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions; comfortable presenting to frontline teams through senior stakeholders.

Ability to communicate difficult and complex ideas with influence; skilled at guiding the exchange of sensitive information and navigating competing priorities.

Leadership capability to inspire and motivate others, coach teams, and drive adoption of new behaviors, standards, and practices.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset; able to troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex issues.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort adopting new digital tools used for communications, facilitation, and program tracking.
