Program Overview
Lead Freelancer.com's Moonshot Innovation program from its Vancouver office.
The program delivers end-to-end management for innovation challenges and initiatives with NASA, US Government agencies, the UN, and corporate entities.
Manage federal, corporate, and international engagements across proposals, commercials, P&L, operations, and delivery.
Program Leadership
- Maintain and deliver the pipeline of federal, corporate, and international engagements.
- Lead individual project management for each challenge or task order while overseeing the wider government and moonshot innovation portfolio.
- Manage active federal innovation challenges administered through NASA Task Orders and corporate moonshot programs.
- Design and execute challenge strategies covering scope, timelines, and success metrics.
Government and Corporate Engagements
- Manage day-to-day operations across NASA, NIH, and other federal agency challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for federal agency partners and ensure compliance with NOIS3 contract requirements.
- Lead corporate business development to identify innovation challenge opportunities.
