• The role:
• Support and drive elements of the
• end-to-end development programme
• Coordinate across
• engineering, testing, manufacturing and external partners
• Contribute to
• program planning, governance, risk management and delivery milestones
• Work closely with
• senior leadership and technical teams
• Manage
• cross-functional engineering, manufacturing and test teams
• Own
• schedule, budget, milestones and risk management
• Establish and drive
• program governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks
• Interface with
• regulators, suppliers, partners and customers
• Support
• testing, certification and operational readiness

• The key requirement is experience delivering
• complex, multi-disciplinary technical programmes
• in a
• regulated or high-performance environment

• We're also looking for individuals with an
• Engineering degree
• (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or similar), and
• 7+ years’ experience
• in aerospace or complex hardware programmes.
• Finally, to succeed here you will need a
• hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
• and to feel comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• PMP or equivalent
• (preferred).
