Program Manager, Supply Chain, Networking Infrastructure Parts

Responsibilities

• Develop short and long term supply and demand models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels for data center networking infrastructure parts.
• Present Supply and Demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Work with partner teams in procurement, materials management to track supply commits and provide supply response to upstream deployment teams. Establish best methods (statistical models, processes, software tools) in creating supply forecasts and respective inventory targets.
• Handle supply shortages and drive necessary mitigation actions and prioritization, allocation decisions with procurement, GCM teams to minimize impact to Google's capacity delivery.
• Drive product success by keeping everyone accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory, excess and obsolescence, material spend, Cost of Goods Sold and gross margins.
