Role overview
Senior Program Manager – Strategy role within SanDisk Global Operations and Supply Chain Planning.
The position drives strategic initiatives, supports executive decision-making, and enables operational excellence.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects across business units and functions while managing stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.
- Advise senior executives and functional leaders on long- and short-term strategic priorities.
- Own complex workstreams from problem definition through solution development and implementation.
- Partner with leaders to address supply and demand challenges and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Required qualifications
- A master’s degree is required.
- Three to five years of management consulting experience at a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm is required.
Preferred qualifications
- A degree in engineering or operations is preferred.
- An MBA is strongly preferred.
- Strategic, analytical, conceptual, data-driven, and hypothesis-driven problem-solving capabilities are preferred.
