- Oversee staffing, formulate and enforce work standards, create personnel schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate Government policies, purposes, and goals to employees
- Utilize key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted services, support management and decision making, and facilitate communications
- Advise the Government immediately of any operations, maintenance, logistics, training, or management problems affecting the contractor's performance or impacting mission accomplishment
- Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
- Implement and maintain a process that ensures problems and action items discussed with the Government are tracked through resolution
- Track actions taken to improve performance and conduct lessons learned as appropriate to improve processes and methods
- Establish and maintain processes for administering all contract efforts with an emphasis on cost efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, and consistently high quality delivery
- Identify potential cost reduction/mitigation initiatives, efficiencies, and process improvements on a continuing basis and address their progress during Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a project or program management role for technical programs
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Technical background in an IT or engineering field desired
- Proven expertise in managing cost, resources, schedules, and risks
- Must be knowledgeable of Air Force tools and technologies
- Experience with DoD systems and military protocols
- Able to provide clear and concise directions to staff regarding project execution
- Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Able to foster effective government contractor relationships
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance
- Willing to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

- This is a full time position located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications
