- Lead and manage the full client program, overseeing multiple projects in parallel, including the major automated warehouse initiative and other IT and warehouse counting/operations projects
- Oversee project execution across design, infrastructure, systems, and hardware, where applicable
- Manage resource planning and allocation across engineering, IT, operations, and technical teams
- Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance across all projects to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Coordinate infrastructure and systems integration across the program
- Lead regular meetings with C level executives, presenting program updates, risks, and recommendations
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality/safety standards
- Identify risks proactively across the program and drive mitigation plans
- Align technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders across all workstreams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large scale projects (mandatory)
- Experience managing multiple/parallel projects or programs is preferred
- Background in IT projects and/or warehouse related projects (counting, operations, infrastructure) is required; automation project experience is a plus
- Strong track record in vendor and resource management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing C level executives
- Good understanding of systems, infrastructure planning, and hardware deployment
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
