This role involves overseeing major program initiatives, ensuring successful planning, direction, and execution aligned with the Department's needs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a business or financial-related field - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. - Minimum of 15 years of professional experience related to the labor category. - Proficient skills in performing complex tasks independently. - Demonstrated experience in overseeing contractor performance and Navy project management. Skills and Experience: - Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. - Ability to manage complex, multi-year programs with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in setting and meeting technical milestones and managing resources effectively.
