Job Summary
The Program Manager – Product Engineering is a strategic enterprise leadership role focused on product engineering initiatives, innovation portfolios, and transformation programs.
The role connects enterprise strategy, business capabilities, technology, and external ecosystems to achieve measurable outcomes and scalable solutions.
The role provides end-to-end leadership for complex initiatives spanning departments, technologies, and external partners.
The position requires enterprise judgment, systems thinking, change leadership, and matrix influence.
Strategic Initiative and Portfolio Leadership
- Lead the strategic design, execution, evaluation, and scale-up of enterprise initiatives, pilots, and transformation portfolios.
- Translate executive strategy into delivery roadmaps, governance structures, investment recommendations, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Direct governance, delivery risk management, dependencies, benefits realization, and executive reporting.
- Develop business cases, investment analyses, decision papers, and executive recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies, scaling, sustainability, and integration.
