Own and lead the strategic design, execution, evaluation, and scale-up of enterprise initiatives, pilots, and transformation portfolios.

Develop and manage partnerships with external organizations, funders, innovators, academic institutions, and community organizations.
Support negotiation of partnership scopes, deliverables, and collaboration agreements.
Represent SE Health in external meetings, events, and knowledge exchange forums.
Monitor sector trends, emerging evidence, and best practices relevant to assigned portfolio.
Contribute to thought leadership outputs, including reports, presentations, or publications
Design and test new models, tools, or approaches in emerging areas.
Develop evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and performance dashboards.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
Identify lessons learned and recommend adaptations or scaling pathways.
Contribute to knowledge translation across the organization
