Role Overview
Program Manager for Saarthi Education’s Practice Lab, which tests technology- and offline-based practice products in Indian government schools.

The Program Manager enables schools, supports field workers and teachers, and ensures consistent, high-fidelity implementation.
Saarthi Education
Saarthi Education is a nonprofit focused on improving foundational numeracy outcomes in low-resource schools through structured, level-based practice.
Practice Lab compares FLN solutions under consistent conditions and studies implementation models such as dosage, device sharing, and helper support.
Lab insights inform product improvements and evidence-based decisions by governments and donors.
On-Ground Operations
- Train and manage approximately 50 women field workers across the block.
- Set up school Practice Labs covering hardware, timetables, storage, and SOPs.
- Design school processes for tablet allocation, session flow, troubleshooting, and safeguarding.
- Visit schools regularly to ensure high-fidelity daily usage.
