We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs in a high-reliability PCBA manufacturing environment.
This role will manage complex electronics manufacturing projects with a strong focus on IPC Class 3 workmanship, aerospace compliance, customer communication, schedule execution, quality performance, and cross-functional coordination.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs and will be responsible for driving projects from NPI through production, shipment, and sustaining support.
This position requires strong organizational skills, technical manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to manage customer expectations while coordinating closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Planning, Test, Coating, and Inspection teams.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience managing aerospace, defense, satellite, medical, or other mission-critical PCBA programs where quality, traceability, documentation, and schedule performance are critical.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs in a high-reliability PCBA manufacturing environment.

This position operates in a PCBA manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction with production, engineering, quality, materials, planning, test, conformal coating, inspection, and shipping teams.
The role may require time on the manufacturing floor, participation in production meetings, customer audits, program reviews, and urgent escalation activities.
Full-time, exempt position
$75,000 — $95,000 USD
ITAR/EAR Compliance: Due to the nature of the work performed at Rocket EMS, this position may require access to export-controlled technical data or technology.
The successful candidate must be eligible to access such information under applicable U.S. export-control laws or be eligible for any required government authorization.
