Department Summary

  • The Program Manager oversees multiple direct reports to ensure the successful execution of project objectives across various customer accounts.

  • In addition to managing project teams, the Program Manager plays a vital role in supporting and advancing product development, business systems optimization, and strategic initiatives.

  • This position demands strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills to navigate complex engineering and manufacturing projects while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Allocate and manage Project Manager resources, balancing workload efficiency and development
  • Lead temporary cross functional project teams for key programs and oversee customer management
  • Conduct risk assessments, enforce project management tools, and improve operational processes
  • Manage high level project planning, utilizing departmental tools for scheduling and execution
  • Assist in developing and improving company products, processes, and procedures
  • Mentor Project Managers, conduct performance reviews, and guide professional growth
  • Provide sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through relationship management
  • Demonstrate professionalism under pressure, managing deadlines efficiently
  • Maintain cooperative behavior, fostering collaboration with teams and leadership
  • Uphold punctuality and reliable attendance, recognizing both as essential to job performance
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support organizational success

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a proactive, inquisitive, and intuitive approach to challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messaging
  • Exceptional project management abilities, demonstrated through a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects to meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with efficient and effective time management
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience presenting to executives, managing customer relations, and negotiating contracts
  • Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Janicki will assist with gaining this access once employed.

Detailed Wage Information

  • Salary range for this role is between CAD 130,000 CAD 170,000 plus discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits.
  • Employees can also receive additional pay for off shifts.
  • Actual amount offered will be based on job related and non discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
