Who We Are

What You'll Do

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve NPI through Monday.com software.
  • Support and coordinate with NPI representatives from business units.
  • Educate, set expectations, and solicit feedback from all teams involved in NPI.
  • Coordinate with executive stakeholders on NPI and MOC initiative prioritization.
  • Increase visibility and communication between departments.
  • Identify and improve roadblocks and gaps in the entire process.
  • Provide regular updates to leaders on progress.
  • Manage and continuously update documentation regarding NPI process and template tools.
  • Mentor, educate, and support the role of NPI throughout the business.
  • Develop and lead implementation of new design processes internal to PD that align with NPI and MOC.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years technical design experience.
  • 5+ years project management experience.
  • 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment with background in change management and ISO processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Suite skills.
  • Monday.com expert.
  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to isolate issues and understand holistic nature.
  • Understanding of software development and experience in Agile development teams is a plus.
