The Opportunity
CACI is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Program Manager for its Spectrum Superiority business supporting the Optical and Photonic Systems team.
The role leads complex optical manufacturing programs involving high-speed electro-optics, fiber optics, and high-power lasers.
The systems support high-speed data communication across space and from space to ground.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more large photonics programs and support proposal, capture, and execution activities.
- Own program decisions, schedules, and profit and loss for assigned programs.
- Interface with technical customers and communicate complex technical concepts with technical and manufacturing teams.
- Implement programmatic, production, and quality best practices.
- Influence executive leadership and contribute to photonics strategic growth plans.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing and transition products from development to high-volume production.
- Improve program and organizational processes using manufacturing program management expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of program management or technical leadership experience focused on complex optical or electronic products.
