The role of the IT Program Manager is to ensure the timely and cost effective implementation of IT solutions. This includes managing the deployment, implementation, and post-implementation effectiveness of solutions through SLAs and other key performance metrics.

This position is also the point of contact for all suppliers of services specific to the Mobility business unit. This includes the identification of issues and the management of their resolution. The IT Program Manager also monitors solution delivery personnel for assurance that all relevant Aptiv standards, including change management, are being adhered to.
