Program Manager III, Turnkey Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator (CM) capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.
• Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality Return Material Authorization (RMA) process and ensuring the execution of comprehensive testing protocols, including Rack Level Testing (RLT).
• Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning (IOR/EOR), and enforcing rigorous tracking compliance (ASN/POD) to meet deployment deadlines.
• Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, coordinating Test Requirements Document (TRD) development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future mass deployment schedules.
• Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve high-level commercial and supply bottlenecks.

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for network racks. - Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP. - Experience in managing data center hardware products or supply chain operations.
