Program Manager II, Manufacturing Operations, Cloud Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Enable and optimize product on-time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product specific levers.
• Manage the sourcing of tray products at global contract manufacturers.
• Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.
• Scale product capacity, materials, and processes.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing operations and planning teams to identify and drive opportunities to improve product OTD.

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience with supply chain, capacity planning, materials management, or contract manufacturing. - Experience in manufacturing operations. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption. - Experience with end-to-end supply chain operations.
