Education and Experience
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 2 years program/project management experience
Strong program management experience
The ideal candidate will have a “hands on” program management experience with highly technical, detailed programs requiring stringent reporting requirements
Strong business acumen developed through a combination of education and experience
Should be able to demonstrate relationship building skills and be comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels
Solid negotiation skills are required for interaction with both customers and internal stake holders
Ability to be persuasive, while at the same time providing a win/win flavor to all dealings
