The Program Manager, Healthcare is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing success of KBS’s healthcare service programs, ensuring successful startup, operational readiness, and standardized execution across new and expanding accounts. This role bridges program design and field execution, with accountability for transition outcomes, service delivery consistency, and workforce readiness.

The position functions as the central program lead during the implementation and ongoing operational lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, validation, and execution of a repeatable healthcare operating model. The role directly supports closing gaps in standardization, compliance, and cross-functional accountability by ensuring services are implemented in alignment with defined standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
