Role Overview
Program Manager in the Founder's Office working directly with the Founder or CEO on high-priority business initiatives, strategic programs, and cross-functional execution.

Strategic Program Management
- Work with the Founder or CEO on high-impact strategic and operational programs.
- Own end-to-end execution of critical business initiatives across functions.
- Break down business problems into workstreams, timelines, milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and ownership.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely closure of key initiatives.
Business and Category Programs
- Work with Category, Supply, Operations, Sales, and Product teams on business growth initiatives.
- Drive initiatives involving category expansion, assortment, pricing, supply availability, customer experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Track business outcomes and ensure initiatives produce measurable impact.
