Drive a large ‑ scale financial system cutover from legacy platforms to a modernized solution.
Oversee development, review, and submission of lifecycle documentation, project plans, requirements, test materials, and process artifacts.
Facilitate collaboration across program leadership, SMEs, technical teams, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Support test planning, readiness, execution, defect management, and evaluation reporting throughout modernization phases.

10+ years of program/project management experience in IT, financial systems, or modernization initiatives
10+ years of full ‑ lifecycle experience, including data migration and cutover execution
SAP experience—especially with financial modules, data structures, or migration—preferred
Proven ability to lead high ‑ visibility, mission ‑ critical programs
Federal government program management experience preferred
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision ‑ support skills
