Program Manager, Financial Systems Modern

Drive a large ‑ scale financial system cutover from legacy platforms to a modernized solution.

Oversee development, review, and submission of lifecycle documentation, project plans, requirements, test materials, and process artifacts.

Facilitate collaboration across program leadership, SMEs, technical teams, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Support test planning, readiness, execution, defect management, and evaluation reporting throughout modernization phases.

Lead Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to support transition readiness.

Manage dashboards, Integrated Master Schedule, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and program records to ensure transparency and control.

Provide analytical assessments, recommendations, and decision support to program leadership.

Support cutover planning, go ‑ live readiness, and post ‑ implementation stabilization, including lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Master’s in Information Systems, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
