Program Manager, Enterprise Transformations (Transformation Management Office)

Governance and oversight

• Own and maintain the enterprise transformation roadmap aligned to strategic priorities.
• Track and report KPIs to ensure program goals are met.
• Ensure consistent application of program governance frameworks across the transformation portfolio.

Stakeholder engagement and delivery alignment

• Serve as the central point of contact for program communication and provide clear, timely updates.
• Build relationships with business units, sponsors, and workstream leads to align goals and outcomes.
• Integrate change and communication strategies into the roadmap to support buy-in and adoption.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain alignment on critical priorities.
• Use Scrum, SAFe, and other Agile practices to manage dependencies, priorities, risks, and value realization.

Team leadership and improvement

• Lead, coach, and develop a small project management and delivery team.
• Set objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for direct reports.
• Monitor workload distribution and raise resource risks proactively.
• Foster excellence, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve delivery, reporting, planning, and communication.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 8 years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience with Project Managers or similar roles.
• Program Management, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Planner, or Jira.
• Experience managing portfolios with budgets exceeding $10 million.
• Experience with strategic risks, program governance, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and external consulting partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Active use of AI productivity tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

Preferred qualifications

• Change management certification, benefits realization expertise, large-scale technology or nonprofit transformation experience, Lean Six Sigma, transition experience, or Power Platform familiarity is preferred.

Compensation

• The hiring range is $103,105 to $115,235 in base salary.
