Program Manager-Electrical Engineering Team

We are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support the Electrical Engineering (EE) teams.

This role will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution - PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track.

3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teams

Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, and rework).

Execution: Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills required.

• Vendor & Order Management: Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules.
• PCB Rework Coordination: Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications.
• PO Administration: Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs.
• Logistics & Material Handling: Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Electrical Engineers to help them with supplier issues and highlight risks.
