Gregory Construction is seeking a Program Manager to lead electrical design coordination and execution for dry utility systems on mission-critical and data center projects.

This role is built for someone with a strong electrical engineering and design background who has progressed into an operations or project leadership role .

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing electrical systems for data centers and understands how to carry that design through construction and field execution.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of electrical infrastructure scopes—including medium voltage, low voltage, duct banks, and telecom systems—ensuring alignment between design, constructability, and project delivery.

• Lead electrical and dry utility scopes across multiple data center and mission-critical projects
• Drive design reviews, constructability analysis, and coordination with engineering teams
• Ensure seamless transition from design into field execution
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance for electrical scopes
• Coordinate closely with civil, structural, and utility teams
• Serve as the primary client contact for electrical and dry utility scopes
• Identify design risks early and implement solutions prior to construction
• Support preconstruction, estimating, and proposal development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
