Provide high-level support to the Assistant Director, and ECAN leadership in overall strategy operations and planning
Lead project work plans, timelines, priorities, and work with the Assistant Director to track and manage budgets and resources allocation plans.
Lead development of funder reports on progress, impact and lessons learned
Ability to utilize multiple modes for outreach and effective communication to implement retention strategies for capacity building with members of ECAN
Work in collaboration with the Assistant Director to design and create the annual calendar of activities and all media outlets pertaining to ECAN
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology
Five to seven years’ experience in nonprofit and/or family development/engagement or related service field.
Experience with advocating and organizing around community and family issues
