About the Role
African Youths in Energy Network seeks a part-time, on-site Program Manager in Dubai to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of youth empowerment programs in the energy sector.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and initiatives aimed at empowering youth in the energy sector
- Manage resources, create detailed project plans, build partnerships with stakeholders, and regularly evaluate program success
- Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure program alignment with AYEN’s mission and vision
Requirements
- Experience in program management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building
- Knowledge of the energy sector, sustainability, and innovation related initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross cultural, and dynamic environments
- Proficiency in problem solving, decision making, and process optimization
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Development Studies, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role with non governmental organizations or youth focused programs is an advantage
