• Lead enterprise-wide AI, data, and innovation programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, manage delivery roadmaps, and ensure business impact across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, marketing, and customer experience.
• Key skills required:
• Program and portfolio management.
• Stakeholder management across business, technology, and executive teams.
• AI, data platforms, digital transformation, and automation exposure.
• Governance, planning, risk management, and change management.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum preferred.

• Own the end-to-end lakehouse architecture, define the technical roadmap, establish governance and security frameworks, and lead the design of a scalable modern data platform ready for AI/ML workloads.
• Key skills required:
• 15+ years in data engineering and architecture.
• Data lakehouse design, medallion architecture, and CDC strategy.
• Delta Lake, Iceberg, Parquet, and cloud-native data services.
• PII masking, security, compliance, and data governance.
• Strong experience with dimensional modeling and AI/ML readiness.

• Build and operate production-grade ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and governance pipelines across multiple source systems, while supporting analytics, reporting, migration, and AI/ML data foundations.
• Key skills required:
• 12+ years in data engineering.
• Python, PySpark, SQL, and dbt.
• Airflow, Dagster, or Step Functions.
• CDC, data quality, orchestration, and pipeline monitoring.
• AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar cloud data platforms.
