- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities, with experience using data to monitor performance, generate insights, and support decision making.
- Familiarity with workforce development, recruitment, or talent management programs in the UAE or similar markets is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, combining on site work in Dubai with remote tasks, and using digital tools for collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.

Role Description
- The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives designed to support job placement and career development across UAE Jobs 2026.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a blend of on site work and remote tasks from home.
Day to Day Responsibilities
