Program Manager

Ensure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.

Identify program opportunities and implement internal process updates.

Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks.

Drive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution.

Provide overall leadership and direction to an integrated product team.

Forecast financial performance and manage to financial expectations.

Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions.

Collaborate with functions across the organization to ensure program success

Identify opportunities for increased scope, follow on work, and new programs within business to business.

Work with Business Development and Customer Liaisons on growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of DOD industry experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

5+ years of technical project or program management experience

Ability to obtain and maintain DOD Secret Clearance

Skilled in MS Office products and MS Project

Experience in software development and software integration

Flexibility and resiliency in dynamic environments

Experience with earned value management

Self-directed and able to work independently/remotely

Ability to support travel up to 30%

Preference for experience working with both industry partners as well as government
