Program Manager – Components
Position Summary

This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience delivering electrical and electronic products through development, validation, manufacturing readiness, and production launch. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of assigned subsystems/workstreams from requirements through validation, launch and production readiness.
Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, and external suppliers.
Coordinate subsystem integration and readiness across hardware, software, manufacturing, procurement and validation activities.
Manage engineering changes, launch readiness, issue resolution, and provide structured status updates to leadership.
Build stakeholder alignment, proactively escalate risks, and support regulatory, compliance, and customer deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
3–7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing or related technical roles.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional delivery of hardware and/or software development programs.
Experience managing Embedded software components, electrical and/or electronic components or subsystems through development, validation, supplier engagement, manufacturing readiness and production launch.
Strong experience with schedule management, risk management, milestone planning, dependency management, and executive communication.
Proven ability to drive execution and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience working within multinational engineering or product development environments.
