Position Overview
The Program Manager is accountable for execution of the full Spartan program scope and delivery of integrated OnePlant Solutions.
The role leads and coordinates teams, solutions, projects, and activities to achieve strategic customer objectives and benefits.
Program Management
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously and direct local and remote project teams.
- Manage customer relationships, program risks, contracts, interfaces, scope, cost, schedule, change control, quality, financials, and reporting.
- Lead programs from sales handover through delivery of quality solutions on time and on budget.
Technical Scope
- Apply experience with automation solutions, enterprise solutions, cloud connectivity, IT/OT, industrial networking, and cybersecurity.
