Position: Program Manager

Experience: 5+ yrs

5+ years of experience as a data analyst with at least 1 year experience as a project / program manager

Proficient in SQL and Excel

Strong data analysis skills

Good problem solving & debugging skills.

Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills

Own multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills

Lead, motivate and coach project team members for successful timely delivery of analytics projects

Provide thought leadership and innovation within and across projects

Assist in developing new business with existing and new customers

Develop and implement specific frameworks and processes for smooth execution

Contribute to Sigmoid's capability building and knowledge creation

Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs

Play an active role in growth related initiatives (e.g. recruiting, training, etc.)

Prior experience on a big data project, either as a hands-on data analyst or project manager

Prior experience working with retail and AdTech customers

Experience working with US customers/clients

Compensation: Competitively Best in the Market.
