Program Manager

Help develop project schedules and milestone plans.

Monitor deadlines to ensure timely delivery

Assist in tracking project/part margins to ensure profitability

Participate in meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Communicate project status and changes effectively

Ensure program activities meet contract or regulatory requirements.

Prepare and maintain records and reports on program progress

Investigate and resolve client or stakeholder complaints.

Support proposals for new funding of new resources when applicable

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred) or 2+ years of experience working A&D manufacturing
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Technical Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio) and office suites
• Travel: Able to travel (~25%), mainly to Customer and TTM A&D sites, in support of project requirements and milestones

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.

Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
