Program Manager

The Program Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of Vigie SP’s legal monitoring programs for firefighters in a part-time, remote capacity.

The role involves coordinating with legal experts, contributors, and internal stakeholders, managing communication and documentation, and ensuring that deliverables are accurate, timely, and accessible to users.

The Program Manager will track key performance indicators, prepare concise status reports, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance service quality.

This position also contributes to process optimization, tool and platform improvements, and the development of clear guidelines and resources for program participants.

• Program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of multiple activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills suitable for part-time, remote work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex legal or regulatory information clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and subject-matter experts.
• Comfort with digital tools, online collaboration platforms, and basic data tracking or reporting.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail in documentation and process management.
• Experience in legal, regulatory, public safety, or nonprofit environments is an advantage.
• Relevant education in law, public administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
