Position Overview
Bijliride is seeking a Program Manager to build and manage structured programs across business operations, franchise expansion, and cross-functional teams.

Bijliride is an electric mobility company focused on electric two-wheeler rentals, B2B fleet solutions, 3PL services, battery swapping, and EV mobility solutions.
Employment and Experience
- The position is full-time and based in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
- The stated experience range is 2–6 years.
- An MBA or PGDM is preferred.
Program and Franchise Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic business and operational programs.
- Manage end-to-end franchise projects from planning and setup through execution and performance monitoring.
- Define objectives, timelines, milestones, KPIs, ownership, and deliverables.
- Build processes for franchise onboarding, launch, operations, reporting, and performance tracking.
