The Role
Support program governance, PgMO coordination, documentation, reporting, and delivery processes across the organization.
The role supports program coordination, project administration, operations, and business support activities in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Program Management Office coordination activities.
- Maintain program plans, schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Prepare dashboards, status reports, and management updates.
- Support governance, portfolio coordination, resource planning, KPI reporting, and document control.
- Coordinate communications among program teams and stakeholders and help improve PgMO workflows.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
