As Associate Director, Workplace Experience & Technology , you will play a key role in shaping and delivering DTCC’s workplace experience across a global footprint of approximately 6,000 employees.

You will lead the integration of:

• Workplace technology
• Space strategy
• Hospitality and food service
• Employee amenities

Operating in a highly matrixed environment, you will partner across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, Security, and business leadership to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.

You will also leverage workplace data and technology to:

• Inform decision-making
• Optimize space utilization
• Enhance employee engagement

• Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace experience, technology tools, and hospitality services
• Lead employee engagement initiatives (events, wellness programming, amenities)
