Proven project management and organization skills; amenable to changing priorities, deadlines, and procedures.

Well-developed interpersonal skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrates mature and sensitive nature when dealing with the needs of persons living with vision loss.

Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused initiatives and/or services; excellent customer service skills.

Proven time management, coordination, and organizational skills; proactive in initiating multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

Organizational and planning skills to work to concurrent and/or conflicting deadlines.

Results-oriented, strategic, and flexible.

Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of different CRMs and applications

Knowledge of accessibility and assistive technologies.

Personal or professional experience working with assistive technology and/or accessible environments is considered an asset.

Excellent analytical, problem definition, and problem-solving skills.

Experience and Education

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field and/or relevant experience and transferrable skills

Five (5) years of progressive experience related to accessibility technology, operational coordination, program implementation, or service delivery leadership.

Personal and/or professional experience relating to blindness and vision loss and associated assistive technologies.

Experience in developing service delivery models

Work Environment

Willingness to work flexible hours
