Role Overview
Summer 2027 Talent Management internship for a graduate student interested in applying psychological principles to the workplace.
The role focuses on improving selection and assessment processes and supporting Talent Management initiatives in Knoxville, Tennessee.
What You’ll Do
- Support initiatives that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and organizational alignment of selection and assessment processes.
- Assist with building a skills framework for career pathing, selection, and assessment.
- Gain exposure to performance management and succession planning.
- Support projects requiring data analysis, research, and critical thinking.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related program.
- Demonstrated understanding of advanced data analysis and ability to interpret analytical outputs.
- R experience is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Driven and reliable, with timely task completion and punctual attendance.
- Authentic and transparent communication style, with willingness to voice differing opinions.
