Rincon Research Corporation (RRC), an employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Program Integrator to serve as a key member of the Tactical Applications Business Area within the Advanced Systems Business Unit, supporting the successful execution of Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs throughout the program lifecycle. This role works closely with Program Managers, Engineering, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, and Customers to ensure technical, operational, and business objectives remain aligned from opportunity development through program execution and delivery. The successful candidate will assist teammates with planning, execution, customer engagement, contractual deliverables, and risk management while serving as a cross-functional integrator that enables efficient communication and collaboration across the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

This position is located at our Tucson, Arizona.
*The likely salary range for this position is $133,000 to $163,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
