Ignite is currently seeking a driven Program Integrator’s to join our team supporting Global Tactical Edge Directorate (GTEAD), in the following locations: Aberdeen, Maryland (PAE C2/CC2), Shaw Air Force Base, North Carolina (ARCENT); and Picatinny, New Jersey (PAE Agile Sustainment).

This position is expected to be an onsite requirement.

§ Engage with operational staff to identify capability gaps and mission needs.

§ Coordinate with program offices to identify technologies that address operational challenges.

§ Support operational demonstrations and experimentation activities.

§ Prepare updates and briefings for operational and acquisition leadership.

§ Facilitate collaboration between operational units, engineers, and acquisition organizations.

Support operational headquarters by connecting theater capability needs with Army acquisition organizations.

The Program Integrator works with operational staff, engineers, and program offices to translate mission needs into coordinatd capability development and technology transition opportunities.
