Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, including phases, deliverables, and quarterly milestones
- Ensure successful execution of program objectives within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Monitor program performance, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Design and implement the data governance framework, including data ownership, stewardship, and accountability structures
- Develop and maintain data standards, data dictionaries, and data quality guidelines
- Establish standardized data entry procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy across the organization
- Promote data governance best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of governance practices
- Facilitate governance committees, workshops, and decision making forums
- Prepare executive level presentations, status reports, and governance updates
- Communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, Data Governance Consultant, or equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated success leading data management, Master Data Management (MDM), or digital transformation programs
- Experience working within government entities, public sector organizations, or large enterprises is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK or similar methodologies
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)

Qualifications & Experience
