We are seeking a Program Document Control Associate to join our growing team.

The Program Document Control Assoicate is a key link between departments, that supports operational excellence, drives efficiencies, and helps maintain the trust of our customers and business partners.

Why this Role is Important:

The Program Document Control Associate is vital to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across customer portfolios and internal processes.

• Act as a liaison between Customer Care and Advocacy and the business. Maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Customer Billing, and Finance teams.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Legal, Customer Billing, and Finance teams.
• Assist in the proactive management of customer portfolios through ticketing, applications, and addendum collection related to: Site/Portfolio Sales Site/Portfolio Relocations Program Breaches Financial Customer Requested EHVAC/R Requests Aborted Technologies Installations
