Responsibilities
- Define and drive overall strategy and governance of a portfolio of real estate development programs
- Ensure alignment between project execution, business objectives, investment targets, and product positioning
- Oversee business planning, budgeting, profitability, cash flow management, and overall financial performance
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery and value creation
- Lead risk management across the portfolio covering technical, financial, regulatory, and contractual aspects
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, construction standards, HSE requirements, and contractual commitments
- Prioritize projects and optimize resource allocation across multiple developments
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including technical, commercial, finance, legal, procurement, and customer service teams
- Oversee product strategy, project development phases, go to market timelines, and pricing strategies
- Represent the organization with public authorities, institutional stakeholders, investors, and strategic partners
- Provide regular reporting to executive leadership and investors
- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, and implementation of best practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate Development, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large scale real estate developments or complex property programs
- Strong expertise in financial structuring, project governance, and real estate operations
- Excellent understanding of technical, regulatory, contractual, and commercial aspects of real estate development
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make strategic decisions
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
