As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership for TriHealth's School to Work Program, developing and executing a multi-year vision that expands opportunities for local students to explore, experience, and pursue rewarding careers in healthcare.
Through innovative programming, strong community partnerships, and collaboration with hospital and health system leaders, you will help inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals while advancing workforce solutions for the future.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as the primary relationship leader for Cincinnati Public Schools and other educational, community, and funding partners.
You will drive program growth, expand student participation, cultivate new partnerships, and create engaging paid learning experiences that expose students to both clinical and non-clinical career pathways throughout TriHealth.
The Director is responsible for strategic planning, financial stewardship, outcomes measurement, program expansion, grant compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to a Hospital President or Senior Vice President, this leader will champion TriHealth's commitment to community investment, educational advancement, and workforce development.
