About the Role
The Little Gym is seeking a Program Director to lead gymnastics classes, develop staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. This full-time role requires extensive gymnastics background and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on proven curriculum and teaching method
- Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff
- Lead the curriculum for the team and ensure best classes are taught
- Share knowledge of all programs and events through public speaking
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
- Assist Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators
- Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and walk in inquiries
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly
Requirements
- Extensive background in gymnastics
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics safety standards, skill progressions, and program development
- Experience developing, implementing, or overseeing gymnastics curriculum and lesson plans
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor coaching staff
- 5+ years of gymnastics experience (preferred)
- Coaching experience in a recreational or competitive gymnastics environment (preferred)

Overview

- Program Director: Reinforcement and Leading of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym.
- Full Time position with schedule Sunday Thursday OR Thursday Monday, weekdays 12pm 8pm, Sunday 8am 4pm.

- Leadership: Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff.
- Public Speaking: Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer.
- Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Business Indicators: Assist Gym Director by studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators.
- Office Tasks: Including answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk in inquiries.
- Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive background in gymnastics.
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics safety standards, skill progressions, and program development.
- Experience developing, implementing, or overseeing gymnastics curriculum and lesson plans.
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor coaching staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of gymnastics experience.
- Coaching experience in a recreational or competitive gymnastics environment.
- Experience managing gymnastics programs or coaching teams.
Compensation
- $23.00 $26.00 per hour
