We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a major infrastructure construction supervision / PMCM programme based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful delivery of a large-scale infrastructure programme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in leading major infrastructure projects across the Middle East, with strong experience in construction supervision, programme management, client management, contractor oversight, commercial governance, stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can manage complex project environments, drive performance across multiple workstreams, and act as the senior point of contact for the client, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal leadership teams.
