ASPIRE Executive Academy is hiring a Program Director to lead and scale executive programs for board directors, CEOs, and senior governance leaders in Qatar.

Responsibilities
- End to end ownership of board and governance programs

- High impact learning experiences for senior most leaders
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in consulting, executive education, corporate governance, advisory, or senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of boardroom dynamics and governance structures
- Ability to engage CEOs, board members, and senior executives
- High credibility, discretion, and stakeholder management capability
- Experience in governance, consulting, or corporate advisory (preferred)

- ASPIRE Executive Academy is building Qatar’s leading executive education platform—delivering globally benchmarked leadership programs locally in collaboration with top international institutions.
- We are hiring a Program Director — Board & Governance Programs to lead and scale executive programs for board directors, CEOs, and senior governance leaders.
- This is not a coordination role. This is a top tier governance leadership ownership role with direct exposure to boardrooms and enterprise decision making.
What You’ll Own
- End to end ownership of board and governance programs
- Relationships with board members, CEOs, and senior governance stakeholders
